Customer service will play an important role in the successful running of a Recovery Residence. Customer satisfaction is the key to maintaining a successful business. The goal of this course is to educate the reader on customer service skills and the importance of providing and delivering professional, helpful, high quality service to all residents in a Recovery Residence. This course will also explore different ways Recovery Residences can be “good neighbors”.
